This new initiative allows Hajj agencies to manage accommodation, transport, meals, and services through a single contract, simplifying arrangements for those traveling to the holy sites.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah aims to enhance the experience for pilgrims by enabling overseas agencies to submit a single electronic request for essential services upon arrival.
